I cannot recommend Theo highly enough, I have a bad neck from a car accident and he has certainly helped so much. His manner is professional, calming and friendly. The fact that he comes to your house is such a bonus as I often find after a massage having to travel home in the car can undo all the good work. It was a sheer coincidence that the man who had done a magic party for two of our boys was the same person I found to do "at home" massage as a birthday present for my husband. Theo has worked with us at The Family Centre on several occasions. Initially during our family holiday play scheme, offering the mums and dad's a much deserved Aromatherapy Massage. More recently Theo provided aromatherapy Massage as part of the ' Communities for Health' initiative. Funding for the project was acquired from Croydon Council on behalf of the department of health. The aim of the 6 week project was to take forward thinking in the public health white paper ' choosing health' in order to help towards a reduction in mental ill health and stress, together with increasing general health, and well being and building individuals self esteem. Theo's contribution towards our aim proved invaluable, his professional manner and expertise allowed our service users to take advantage of this worthwhile opportunity. For many this was their first experience of alternative therapies and their comments include.

The New "No Hands" Massage
"My husband and I have regular massages by Theo and found them immensely helpful in de-stressing ourselves. On hearing about the no-hands massage, we wanted to try it. It sounded bizarre initially but felt absolutely amazing afterwards!!!!! The sensation was almost like having ones entire body warmly ironed out. Theo used a combination of his own body weight, gentle and confident pressure, larger surface area strokes and body heat to massage us. The end result was a totally de-stressed and rejuvenated couple who wanted to book him again for another round!! It was like no other massage we have experienced ever before. When I met Theo for the first time he spoke about "No Hands" Massage with such enthusiasm, explaining how different it was compared to traditional massage. I just had to try it.
